Jill Tomich | Ultimate Bootcamp Founder

Jill TomichJill's 15 years of experience in the fitness industry includes roles as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, Pre/Post Natal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, Golf Conditioning Specialist, Mind/Body Specialist and creator of Ultimate Bootcamp.

Her exciting and ever-changing boot camp workouts have been inspired by her participation in boxing, ballet, Thai Chi, yoga, Krav Maga, modern dance, tennis, golf and just about any recreational activity she can fit into her busy schedule. She loves the art of movement and new adventures, like ocean kayaking and paddle boarding, that are made possible as a result of having a strong, healthy body. Recently, Jill challenged her own limits as she placed 8th in the Figure Universe Competition in Miami.

Peter Lavelle | Ultimate Bootcamp Founder

Peter LavelleA native of Ireland, Peter has worked in the Sports and Fitness industry for many years as a fully certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and has a certificate in Sports Nutrition.

His energetic and entertaining training style keeps participants smiling as their bodies burn calories "like a furnace". As a Personal Trainer for Ultimate Bootcamp, Peter works with a variety of clients whose goals range from weight loss to increasing athletic ability and performance.


Peter's interests include multi-sport events such as triathlons, as well as running marathons, playing golf and enjoying as much of New England's outdoors as possible. His philosophy is: "We're not here for a long time - we're here for a good time."

Amy F. | Fitness Trainer

Personal Trainer AmyAmy found her passion for the fitness industry after working at a hotel along the Boston Marathon finish line and deciding she would be one of those finishers the next year. After finishing the Boston Marathon in 2011, she became hooked on marathons and fitness in general. She became a Certified Personal Trainer from NASM in 2011. Through learning about how the body can be safely trained to work to its optimal level, she has completeed three marathons and countless other races. Her ultimate goal is to run a marathon on every continent while pursuing her passion for travel. Her favorite way to explore a new city is to take a long morning run before the rest of the city has woken up. Amy loves helping people work towards and achieve their fitness goals!

Angela | Fitness Trainer

Personal Trainer BostonAngela believes that being active is the solution to many problems encountered in life. She has completed half marathons and a triathlon and will soon begin training for the 2014 Disney marathon, her first. She has been a Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor, AFAA primary group-ex instructor, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer for the last six years at a variety of fitness facilities, where she regularly teaches indoor bootcamp. Whether hiking Mt. Washington or literally running between her jobs to avoid the T, she enjoys the outdoors.She sustained severe injuries to her left arm in a motor vehicle accident a decade ago and uses that as an example for her "no excuses" philosophy when encouraging  and providing modifications to clients who have injuries to work around and obstacles to overcome. Outside of fitness, she works full-time in property management.

Beth | Fitness Trainer

Boston Personal Trainer BethBeth is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. She has been active in sports and passionate about fitness all of her life. She was a competitive runner through out college and has recently successfully completed the Boston Marathon. Beth is excited to help others find passion and devotion for their fitness and overall well being. She is especially excited to share her energy and enthusiasm to push it that extra mile to reach your peak fitness! Outside of boot camp, Beth is an oncology patient navigator at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

Brittney | Master Trainer

Spinning Instructor BrittneyBrittney is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and certified Spinning instructor. She has always been active, dabbling in various activities from team sports to outdoor weekend hikes and x-country skiing. However, after becoming a mother of two little boys, who demand the utmost from her fitness, Brittney found a renewed commitment to making fitness a priority. She signed up for her first Ultimate Bootcamp session in January of 2011 and was instantly hooked! Inspired by the Ultimate trainers she joined the Ultimate team to further the tradition of motivating bootcampers to push their fitness limits to heights they never imagined. When not spending time with her family and training, Brittney works full-time as a Software Engineer.

Derek | Fitness Trainer

Personal Trainer BostonDerek is an ACSM certified personal trainer who's passion for fitness comes from his time playing college football at Villanova University.  He graduated with both a BS and MS in Civil (structural) Engineering.  He currently is a partner at Commonwealth Financial Group working extensively with small business owners in providing comprehensive financial planning.  His hobby and passion is working with individuals to help them reach their personal fitness goals through intense, strength endurance training utilizing both aerobic and anaerobic movements.  Derek currently resides in Boston

Ellen | Fitness Trainer

Personal Trainer EllenEllen is a  NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has been passionate about sports and fitness all of her life.  She loves all different types of workouts, from boxing to running, and team sports such as field hockey and basketball.  Ellen tries to incorporate a variety of fitness activities into her workouts to keep them exciting.  In 2012, Ellen ran the Boston Marathon for the first time, and is hoping to complete a triathlon next.  She has also volunteered with Girls on the Run, and has coached middle school basketball and youth gymnastics.  Through her years of involvement with sports and fitness, Ellen became inspired to become a trainer.  She feels most fulfilled when seeing the satisfaction people feel when getting fit and achieving their goals.  Ellen works full time in Marketing.

Personal Trainer GregGreg is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.  He graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Elon University in North Carolina in 2011 where he found that outdoor obstacle course races made for good study breaks.  Currently in Boston attending graduate school for a Masters in Nursing Science to become a Nurse Practitioner, Greg plans to integrate fitness, lifestyle counsel and education in prescription for clients and patients alike.

Ivan | Fitness Trainer

Personal Trainer BostonIvan has been passionate about fitness all his life. He ran Track and Field in Highschool and currently competing on a collegiate level. What really sparked his interest in fitness was constant injuries: from torn ligaments to a broken back. When the doctors told him he would have extreme lower back arthritis for life, he decided to educate himself and earned a NASM Personal Trainer Certificate so he could better take care of his body. Ivan is a USATF Certified Coach and has assisted in coaching the Track and Field team at Newton North High School. Now he is looking to give back and loves the positive environment of Ultimate Bootcamp and the fitness philosophy. He can't wait to whip you into shape!

Jeanine | Master Trainer

Group Exercise Instructor JeanineJeanine is an AFAA certified Group Exercise Trainer who has worked for Ultimate Bootcamp since 2006. She has a great deal of experience teaching a variety of classes including cardio kickboxing, step, muscle conditioning, and of course indoor/outdoor bootcamp. In addition to teaching for UBC, Jeanine is also a fifth grade Science/Reading/ELA teacher and aerobics director. When she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time at the beach or anywhere outdoors with her family and friends.

Random facts about Jeanine is that she has five sisters, is extremely dependent on her GPS, and is petrified of lightening.

If you take one of Jill's bootcamp classes, you might get to meet the honorary Ultimate Bootcamp mascot, Ella, an 8 year old, mud-loving Black Lab.

Joanne | Fitness Trainer

Group Fitness Instructor JoanneJoanne is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has been passionate about fitness and nutrition all of her life. She was a member of the Rugby team her freshman year at Stonehill College, which is where she had her first exposure to bootcamp, during many vigorous practices. She went on to work as a weight loss consultant shortly after college and continues to keep up with nutrition and exercise. She loves working out, especially with classes such as Spinning, Kickboxing, Yoga, and, of course, Bootcamp! Her most recent form of activity now includes going for long walks and jogs with both of her kids, pushing her jogging stroller. Joanne believes that living a healthy lifestyle and being active are essential keys to happiness and finds great joy out of helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Katie O. | Fitness Trainer

Trainer Katie O.Katie is an ACE Certified Group Instructor. After attending a few Ultimate Bootcamp sessions in the summer, she just had to be a part of the Ultimate Bootcamp community and became a trainer. She is dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and helping others reach their fitness goals. As an endurance athlete, Katie has completed three marathons and is venturing into the world of triathlons. Other fitness interests include playing softball, spinning, and trying out new types of workouts. Katie also works as a project coordinator at Boston University.

Trainer Katie W.Katie is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, who began teaching for Ultimate Bootcamp in August, 2008. As a former Bootcamp junkie, Katie brings her enthusiasm for fitness into her teaching. Her own Bootcamp experience awakened a passion for fitness that she is now sharing with others by instructing. With Katie's constant guidance and encouragement, participants excel while having a good time.

When not at Bootcamp, Katie works for the accounting firm Caturano and Company as an administrative assistant.

Kim | Fitness Trainer

Personal Trainer KimA lifelong sports, fitness and outdoors enthusiast - who perhaps missed her call as a Marine Corps. Drill instructor - Kim recently decided to pursue her passion for motivating groups full-time. She received her ACE personal training certification in 2007, and since that time has discovered that Bootcamp is where she belongs. She teaches health and fitness classes for both adults and children, encouraging participants to stretch beyond their perceived limits.
Her most rewarding moments are spent leading classes through driving rains, wind-driven snow, heavy sand and mud. Among her proudest accomplishments are completing the Boston Marathon and a Half-Ironman triathlon in Narragansett, RI.
During her free time, Kim plays softball, runs road and adventure races, helps organize events for her community center, and puts her culinary degree to work creating custom birthday cakes for some of the pickiest clients around - her friends�? kids.

Linnea | Fitness Trainer

Ultimate Boot Camp Trainer LinneaLinnea has been training (and loving it!) for 4+ years now and has a passion for helping people achieve healthier lifestyles. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Maine, is a Certified Personal Trainer, and is currently working toward a graduate certificate in nutrition at UMass Lowell. In addition to training private clients, she is spin certified; she has worked with sports teams/athletes; and has taught a variety of classes including glute camp and cardio abs classes that she designed. Linnea has a reputation for pushing clients hard and getting people “addicted�? to fitness. She is also someone that practices what she preaches �?she has been an avid runner for many years, completing 2 full marathons, a triathlon, and tons of other local races. She also loves weight training, pilates, and swimming. Linnea believes that exercise is an essential part of life. Most of all, she wants to make sure you meet your goals and is always there to answer questions or point you in the right direction!

Boston Personal Trainer MeghanMeghan is a fitness fanatic! She got her start through her love of sports which lead her to get a degree in Sports Medicine from Merrimack College.  The past four years she has trained adults 1 on 1, trained athletes for game time , and of course has had a blast with Ultimate Bootcamp 'campers! Meghan teaches high school science, coaches soccer, and has completed several marathons,  half Ironmans, and a full Ironman. Meghan knows the importance of constantly challenging your body and your mind to get into and stay in the shape of your life! Meghan cannot wait to challenge you too!

Michelle is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and believes that full-body wellness and exercise directly contribute to positivity and productivity. She always enjoys working out with a group, whether that be at Ultimate Bootcamp, running a team relay race, or dancing to the latest hits with friends. Miguel | Fitness Trainer

Personal Trainer Boston MiguelMiguel rediscovered a passion for the physical arts through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Realizing that, he made a dramatic change in careers from Business Management to physical fitness. He now is an ACT Certified Personal Trainer, a Crossfit level 1 Trainer and has 3 years of competitive Jiu Jitsu experience.
When not sharing his passions with Ultimate Bootcamp participants, you can normally catch him with his wife and kids, training for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition or coaching others towards their next personal record at a Crossfit Box.

Nicole | Master Trainer

Trainer Nicole Nicole is a NASM certified personal trainer. She is also a certified BTS Group Power, Group Ride and Group Centergy instructor. She has been teaching group fitness for three years and loves getting people moving. There is something so gratifying about playing a part in helping someone achieve his or her fitness goals.

Professionally Nicole is a Licensed Addictions Counselor. In her spare time she enjoys playing softball, skiing, spending time at the beach and watching the Patriots and Sox. She loves to travel and tries to get away as much as her busy schedule will allow.

Personal Trainer RobRob is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer who loves to stay active! After four years of playing football at Kalamazoo College, he became the school's defensive-backs coach for one season and then moved east to Boston for grad school. Recently he has participated in numerous 5k, 10k, and obstacle course races and hopes to complete a triathlon in the future. When not training for Ultimate Bootcamp, Rob is a Hospice Social Worker who serves terminally ill patients and their families.

Sandi | Office Manager and Fitness Trainer

Trainer SandiSandi is our awesome Office Manager extraordinaire. Fitness has always been a way of life for Sandi. A ballet, tap and jazz dancer since youth, she has combined her dual loves of dance and fitness in Jazzercise �?as a student since 1983 and as a Certified Instructor since 1999. Sandi owns and manages the Newton Jazz Center. Sandi’s classes include aerobics, body sculpting, yoga and circuit training. Sandi’s interests have continued to broaden over the years to include running, Pilates and kickboxing which led her to Ultimate Bootcamp and an AFAA certification as a group instructor.

Sandi’s professional life as a licensed Realtor, Property Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative keeps her running all over metro Boston. Her personal life rounds out her busy schedule enjoying time with her husband of 25 years, two children and dog�? Eddy.

Personal Trainer SergajSergej has been dedicated to sports all of his life, which ultimately led him to the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education. During college he got in touch with fitness and immediately fell in love with it, so he decided to choose Fitness and Recreation for his major.Sergej is a NASM certified personal trainer. Seeing his clients happy and excited with their results is his biggest satisfaction. In his free time Sergej enjoys outdoor activities from swimming and skiing to hiking and golfing.
