Here you can register for any of
our Ultimate Bootcamp programs. The
registration process includes:
- Choosing the dates and locations of
the programs you would like to attend
- Accepting the Ultimate Bootcamp policies.
- Downloading the health history and waiver
forms
- Submitting payment online. Please
have credit card ready to complete your registration.
- Mailing signed health history and waiver
form to P.O. Box 35394, Brighton, MA 02135
Registration is complete only after all
health history forms, waiver and payments are received.
