BASICS is a 4-day class designed to
give beginners the skills and knowledge required to excel
in other Ultimate Bootcamp programs. The Basics class is not
a pre-requesite to the full 4-week session. It's the perfect
opportunity for those who have not exercised in awhile or
those returning from injuries to begin building a solid fitness
foundation.

Attention basics participants:
4-week Bootcamp classes fill up VERY quickly. If you plan on
attending the 4 week Ultimate Bootcamp class directly following
your BASICS class, it is a good idea to sign up well before
the class begins.
