Program Description

BASICS is a 4-day class designed to give beginners the skills and knowledge required to excel in other Ultimate Bootcamp programs. The Basics class is not a pre-requesite to the full 4-week session. It's the perfect opportunity for those who have not exercised in awhile or those returning from injuries to begin building a solid fitness foundation.

Workouts:

  • Full-body muscle toning focusing on correct form
  • Learn lower-impact exercises for typical Ultimate Bootcamp workouts
  • Fun group relays that teach basic bootcamp skills
  • Obstacle courses and games

Each day brings fresh, creative exercises that help build a solid fitness foundation while enjoying a positive, social, non-intimidating environment. Don't be fooled! We'll still work up a sweat and burn plenty of calories. So leave your fancy sweatsuits at home, cuz we're gonna work!


2008 Schedule

Attention basics participants: 4-week Bootcamp classes fill up VERY quickly. If you plan on attending the 4 week Ultimate Bootcamp class directly following your BASICS class, it is a good idea to sign up well before the class begins.
