Advanced Workouts

Ultimate Bootcamp BLAST is an intense Saturday morning 90-minute class designed for the intermediate/advanced bootcamper who can jog 1 mile comfortably. This action-packed class in never the same, but always a challenge. Attendance in a previous bootcamp class is not required, although recommended.

Details:

  • 90 minute advanced bootcamp workout
  • Burn up to 900 calories per workout
  • Exercises might include quick-paced agility exercises, heart-pumping cardio drills, challenging partner relays, sports conditioning circuits, plyometrics, full-body resistance training, hill sprints, stair climbs, active group games and creative exercises that will surprise
  • For the intermediate to advanced bootcamper
    (Must be able to run one mile and have a strong overall fitness foundation)
  • Outdoors, rain or shine*

*Classes cancelled only in dangerous conditions.
