Details:

  • One hour bootcamp workouts either 3x or 4x per week, for 4 weeks

  • Burn 500-700 calories per workout
  • Exercises include fun cardio circuits, obstacle courses, interval training, full-body muscle toning, plyometrics, core workouts, active games and creative exercises that will surprise
  • Scientifically proven to get you results quicker
  • Measure success with Before & After fitness testing
  • For athletes AND beginners
    (For most fitness levels, must be able to briskly walk one mile)
  • Outdoors, rain or shine*

*Indoor locations provided January - March. Classes cancelled only in dangerous conditions.
